Refund Policy

At Stampism, we take pride in delivering high quality, custom made products tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each customer. Because our items are personalized, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy once the production process has begun, completed, and the product has been shipped.

Our products are crafted based on the exact text, designs, or specifications you provide at the time of order. Each item is uniquely created and cannot be resold or repurposed. The custom manufacturing process involves design setup, material sourcing, labor, production, and shipping costs. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the design, or minor variations between the final product and the digital preview.

That said, Stampism is committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered. If your product arrives damaged during shipping or does not match the design or specifications you provided, we will resolve the issue promptly.

In the rare event of such an issue, please contact our support team at support@stampism.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and supporting evidence (such as photos of the incorrect or damaged item). This information will help us review your claim thoroughly and provide the best resolution.

If it is determined that the error occurred on our part or the product was damaged during transit, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Remanufacture the item at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a replacement product of equal value.

Please note that Stampism reserves the right to deny requests for replacement, remanufacturing, or refund if the issue arises from incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., spelling errors, wrong dimensions) or if the product has been altered, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
